Laura Preslan
Laura has almost thirty years of professional experience gathered across many industries and companies including the Wall Street financial district, management consulting, start-ups, research houses and major tech firms.
A people-centric leader who models and lives what she teaches, Laura is a constant student of people leadership techniques, capabilities, and proven practices.
After almost seventeen years at Microsoft, Laura is now an executive coach and author. She has completed the coursework for the Co-Active Training Institute’s coaching certification and is pursuing her certification.
Laura's experience at companies both big and small has taught her a lot about people, team dynamics, leadership, and how to overcome challenges. Having worked with some of the best executive coaches in the industry, Laura knows how insightful comments, tools, and techniques can make a difference.
